Two weeks ago, our team had the opportunity to be part of a milestone project in Valladolid—one that reflects the future of poultry farming in both scale and innovation.
Together with the technicians from Zucami Poultry Equipment S.L.U., Nice Hasani and Erica Bongers supported the successful installation of a two-level ND Dome Layer system within a newly built aviary.
This installation is part of the launch of the ZUCAMI VISION aviary, a state-of-the-art facility now home to 150,000 laying hens for the Gerardo de Lucas family. Designed with the latest advancements in housing and lighting, the project represents a strong commitment to animal welfare, performance, and forward-thinking poultry production.
From planning to execution, collaboration was key. Working alongside Zucami’s engineering team and partners like IBERTEC S.A.U., the project came together seamlessly, bringing together expertise across equipment, infrastructure, and lighting.
